What are SearchStax Admin and non-Admin users?
The person who opens the SearchStax account is the "tenant owner" and the "admin" of the account. This person has all authority to create/delete deployments and to add "regular" users. The tenant owner is the person who is billed for pay-as-you-go account activity.
An admin can create "regular" SearchStax users to help him administer the deployments. The number of user seats per account is set by your support tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus). Only registered users may request help from SearchStax Support.
An admin may delegate admin powers to regular users if desired.
It is possible to add users to an account at the rate of $10/seat/month.
