While checking the health of Zookeeper, a client encountered an error like this one:
023-12-03 11:56:59.448 -05:00 [Error] Health check "XConnect Zookeeper ensemble health check" completed after 19.8808ms with status Unhealthy and '"Zookeeper ensemble health check failed."
The key is this phrase:
Zookeeper ensemble health check failed.We checked the deployment and found Zookeeper to be in perfect health. This was a mystery until the client supplied the solution:
The URL on the xConnectCollectionSearch connection string was missing the /xdb portion.
We added it in, all things are healthy now.Sometimes the simplest mistakes are the hardest ones to find.
