SearchStax provides a variety of heartbeat and threshold alerts by email, which you can set up through the SearchStax Cloud dashboard using the Deployment > Alerting feature.
You may optionally copy these alerts to your PagerDuty account for realtime alerting. See PagerDuty Solr Integration.
