The SearchStax Dashboard Support menu is the preferred channel for filing a support request.
Please note that you cannot read or update a ticket from this list. It shows status only. The support conversation with the user occurs in the user’s email account. Look there for updates.
Click the Create a Support Ticket button to open the Report an Issue form. See the Support Users Guide for full instructions on using this form.
