SearchStax is proud to announce the winners of the 2022 Partner Excellence Award. The annual Partner Excellence Award showcases innovative digital transformations that SearchStax’s partners achieve for their clients and the overall strategic importance of alliances. 

Partners were able to submit multiple projects that demonstrated excellent product use cases to the SearchStax team to review. In order to qualify for the award, the project must have been active during 2022. 

This year’s three recipients were Merkle, Sagittarius and UNRVLD. Their projects showcase the exceptional expertise and innovation of our partners and the combined power that partnerships bring to clients. SearchStax would like to thank everyone that submitted projects this year and we look forward to more dynamic search collaborations in the future.

Merkle Implements Better Search for Nixon Peabody

Partner – Merkle is a leading data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. For more than 30 years, Fortune 1000 companies and leading nonprofit organizations have partnered with Merkle to maximize the value of their customer portfolios.

Project – Nixon Peabody turned to Merkle to create a sophisticated and highly relevant search experience for their website. Nixon Peabody had also recently launched Sitecore and had a tight go-to-market timeline. 

Results – In a matter of three weeks, Merkle implemented SearchStax Studio to create the customer’s desired experience that included addressing all security and compliance requirements. As a result, users who interacted with the search bar after the implementation visited 13% more pages and spent approximately 50% more time on the site consuming relevant content.  

Sagittarius Delivers a Multi-Lingual Search Experience for IFS

Partner – Sagittarius is a Sitecore Platinum Partner and an award-winning digital agency that helps brands create high-converting digital experiences, optimize web experiences, and use data-lead decisions to power CRO, content, and UX.

Customer – IFS trusted Sagittarius to guide them through the rehaul of their 15-year-old website. IFS wanted to develop a new website, built on a modern, responsive, and flexible platform that would seamlessly integrate with an array of third-party systems. Exceptional CX and UX engagement were crucial for the website that would become the company’s central platform for marketing efforts and commercial activities across continents. Sagittarius used both SearchStax Studio and SearchStax Cloud to create a personalized, cost-effective solution that supported the customer’s need for strong multilingual search. 

Results – Since the launch, the site’s search impressions have increased by 30% and visitors are able to more easily find and download asserts. IFS has seen an impressive 329% increase in traffic to assets on the site and a 40% increase in goal completions.

UNRVLD Drives Increased Visitors for Marsh Commercial’s Website with SearchStax Cloud

Partner – UNRVLD helps brands transform their business growth by providing unrivaled solutions in order to anticipate change, adapt at pace and deliver at scale backed by over 20 years of experience creating results-driven, digital transformations and optimizations. 

Customer – Marsh Commercial’s need was to improve related content and database searches on its website without sacrificing speed and efficiency for the end user. UNRVLD created a tailored plan that included custom indexes, a disaster recovery (DR) environment, stored pre-calculated fields, and a dynamic configuration system.

Results – SearchStax Cloud was used to help implement and achieve this plan, which led to increased visitors and higher search engine rankings for Marsh Commercial’s website. 

This is the second Partner Excellence Award earned by UNRVLD. The agency also won the award in 2021 for its work with London Metal Exchange
