SearchStax is happy to announce that we are continuing to see momentum in how users perceive value in our products.
For those who missed it, last winter we appeared on the Winter 2022 G2 Grid Report as Momentum Leader, and this spring, we’ve earned that title again. On top of that, we’re excited to share that for the first time ever, we’ve won Leader.
Being recognized as a Leader means that SearchStax products have been rated highly by G2 users, as well as having high Market Presence and Satisfaction scores.
G2 aggregates user reviews primarily for business software. Each quarter, it releases an Enterprise Grid Report comparing products in certain categories, with scores calculated by user satisfaction as well as overall market presence. SearchStax has been highlighted in previous Enterprise Grid Reports for being a Momentum Leader (twice!) and a High Performer.
We believe that the digital search experience is one of the most powerful tools on your website, which is why we’ve dedicated ourselves to developing products that make site search – and the insights you can get from it – accessible to everyone. That dedication has been recognized by the G2 Spring 2023 Enterprise Grid Report in the form of multiple awards, including Easiest Setup, Best Support, and Users Love Us, in both the mid-market and enterprise categories.
Although we’re proud to win Momentum Leader again and newly win Leader, the concrete value to our customers is in the awards we’ve received repeatedly over the last several quarters — Support and Usability, which demonstrates our continued investment in these areas.
If you’ve ever had to onboard any software at all, you’ll know that it can quickly go from being a weeklong project to a monthlong one. And in a world where calendars are packed and there are a dozen priorities competing for attention, time is of the essence. That’s why we’re pleased to say that we received the “Easiest Setup” badge in G2’s Implementation Index. Our products were voted as having the highest “Ease of Setup” rating in their category. And our users agree. Maulik D. says, “The most significant plus point I found is the easiness of setting up the search in Sitecore with SearchStax.”
Software without good support is like a flying pig – it doesn’t exist. You need a dedicated support team to give you immediate help for any questions that pop up, before and after implementation. Support is also how you get access to critical updates, like new features or versions. You can’t afford to work with a software company where support is an afterthought.
So we’re especially proud of our Best Support badge for Spring 2023, indicating that we were rated in G2’s Relationship Index as having the highest Quality of Support in our category. One reviewer, Van T., says: “The support team was responsive and gave references to a vast knowledge base, which allowed us to pull off the upgrade within a short time frame without a hitch.”
