Focusing on High Performance Customer Experiences

Over the last 30 years, a large European financial services company has shaped the banking trends, developed an extensive branch and alternative banking network, and is known for award-winning innovation. 

To maintain their competitive advantage, they initiated a project with Greece-based to develop a new highly automated website to let them focus on creating high-performance customer experiences. 

One of the biggest digital challenges for the new website would be to successfully handle the large number of expected queries on the new Sitecore website without burdening inhouse engineers to manage and support the Solr search infrastructure. Another top requirement was that the website deployment had to have 24x7x365 support for the Solr search infrastructure. As a trusted IT and development expert, Linakis was also tasked with building out the infrastructure for the deployment which included servers, virtual machines, operating system and Solr search.
