Can a support engineer stand by during production rollout?

Clients sometimes ask us if we can have a support engineer standing by while they make an initial rollout or major upgrade of their production system.

We are happy to provide this overwatch service for Premium clients (Gold, Platimum, and Platinum Plus levels). We ask for a week's prior notice so we can schedule an engineer to this task.
